Login
In order to register for classes, you must create an account on our Dance Portal.
After you have created an account, and verified your email, you’ll need to login, and add a student (if you didn’t do so when creating an account)
Family Contacts
If you would like to add more family contacts to your account (spouse, partner, grandparent who is paying, etc) Go to Settings and click on the Family Contacts tab. Click Add Contact, and fill out the information – making sure to check the checkboxes to receive emails and/or statements if so desired.
Register
Once you have any dancers in the family you wish to register, click on Register on the left side quick link bar or top menu.
Click on the tab for the correct Dance Season you wish to register for.
Noting that tuition for Summer Camps and Term Classes is billed once for the camp week or full term class.
Regular dance season year (Sept-June) tuition is shown per month and will be invoiced on the 1st of each month September – June.
NOTE – Costume Fees will be invoiced later in the dance season for all regular dance year classes (youth & adult), and will be due January 1 within the current dance season. Please look here for a chart of this year’s costume fees.
Check the class you wish to register for under the dancer’s name. Scroll down, and click Submit. Once clicked, you’ll be taken to a waiver and confirmation page. You’ll need to accept the waivers and sign once all waivers are accepted.
Then click “Process Registration” to process your registration.
Registration is considered complete once paid in full for summer camps or any term classes.
E-transfer payment instructions can be seen on the “Pay” page by clicking on the menu “Pay” in the dance portal. Please e-transfer your full payment for summer camps and term classes asap after registration to secure your spot. Once we can accept credit card payments, you’ll be able to pay at time of registration online.
Regular Dance Season classes will be invoiced each month Sept – June. You can log into the portal and view your statements. If you want to get a jump on payments, you can pay the first monthly fee after you register.
Class Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of the class(es) you have registered for. You can also confirm class registration by logging into the dance portal, and clicking Students on the left side menu. Under each student, you will see a list of upcoming classes they are registered for. If it says Pending Fee, you have not completed the registration process (most likely have not accepted all waivers and clicked process)

Calendar
You can view all Veselka’s events, and your upcoming classes by logging into the dance portal and clicking “Calendar” on the left side quick menu. Use options to view your schedule by week, day or month. You can even print out a monthly calendar to stay organized!
Communication
Feel like you may have missed an email? Log into the dance portal, and click on “Messages” on the left side quick menu. Then click on the “Email History” tab. All emails that have been sent to you will be there. You can click on any to view it.
